Terms and conditions must be read carefully before finalizing your transaction.

Placement of order

Prices of products

Our products, prices and offers on the website www.lasserrecognac.com are including tax and excluded with shipping costs. All prices are given in euros € – on the pages cart and checkout, you are able to see the full pricing for your order. In order to see the shipping costs, you must fill in your address.

Orders can be paid through – debit cards or PayPal

Delivery

Delivery is possible in all of Europe. Currently we are shipping to the majority to European countries. So If by any chance your country doesn’t appear on the list. You can send us an email, and we will send you a invoice for the shipping.

We usually ship the order the same day as of payment. We won’t charge your credit card, before the product has been send. All products will be send in the same shipment and never separately, unless you are notified about this. You are able to follow the tracking number, on the given couriers website.

Retention of title and risks

All products which is bought at www.lasserrecognac.comremains our property until delivery of the product. This means that the risk of loss or damage remains on our side, until the delivery from the couriers side. The delivery is made and the risk is on your side, from the time the courier have tried to deliver the package to you. So If you wish to make a claim against us, you can do so at – EU small claims

Right of withdrawal

Certain countries is not a part of the right of withdrawal, as it a drink. But if you wish to withdraw your purchase that you bought on www.lasserrecognac.com then you have to state the claim within 14 days from delivery date.

The amount will be refunded to your account, within 7-10 workdays, after we have received the product.

If by any chance that the product is damaged, an estimate will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product.
